I have private room upstairs in Ulverston where I see people on a Wednesday and a lovely room on the ground floor in Lancaster where I work on a Thursday.
If face to face does not feel right for you for whatever reason, I can offer appointments on the phone or by video call, these may be on a Tuesday.
I have a woodland setting also which is available for outdoor sessions if this feels right for us both.

Sessions are for one hour, ideally every week at a time to suit us both. I charge £45 -£55 for telephone or video sessions, or for face to face sessions
